Two buildings. 172 student rooms.
The Wing provides housing for as many as 172 college or university students. The student rooms are spread across two wings, each with seven floors.
Each room has a private bathroom and modern furniture. You get to know your fellow residents in the common kitchen, which you share with 10 to 14 fellow residents. This way, the large residence becomes a small living unit where you can get to know each other really well.
Magnificent rooftop terrace
The city of Kortrijk is not only figuratively at your feet – with the city center, the faculties, stores and leisure facilities just a stone’s throw away – but also literally: from the roof terrace you have a stunning view of Kortrijk and its surroundings.
Furthermore, the building has a large common relaxation area and space to study together during exam periods. For your bicycle there is a safe place in the locked bicycle shed.
Model contracts
Residence The Wing uses the model contracts of Kotwest, the collaboration platform of VIVES, Howest and KU Leuven KULAK.
Our contracts run for 12 months and include a fixed cost for the consumption of electricity, water, heating and internet. So you know what you are paying and there are no surprises afterwards.
